General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all pool service, maintenance, cleaning and repair services provided by Patrick Rohrer.

2. Formation of the contract

A contract is formed by oral or written confirmation or by the actual provision of the service.

3. Services

The precise scope of the services is set out in the respective quotation or order confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include applicable statutory taxes. Invoices are payable within seven days.

5. Customer obligations

The customer must ensure access to the pool area and provide the necessary infrastructure.

6. Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Obvious defects must be reported immediately.

7. Liability

We are liable only for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. We accept no liability for consequential damage.

8. Rescheduling

Delays caused by weather conditions do not entitle the customer to terminate the contract.

9. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy applies.

10. Final provisions

Austrian law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
